Without doubt, the burpee is (in my opinion) the best body weight exercise. But there are so many variations to it, how do you know which version is the best?
Check out this video by Funk Roberts. He is a MMA strength and conditioning coach, who I really admire. The exercises he gives away for free on his Youtube channel can be applied to virtually any sport, and definitely weight training.

This video demonstrates about five ways you can do burpees, and believe me this workout is great cardio for fat loss.
