Prowlder Sled Cardio and Fat Burn Workout

My favorite cardio exercise right now is the prowler sled. You can keep your treadmills, stationary bikes and elliptical trainers, because the sledge beats the hell out of them when it comes to cardio!


Whatever your goals, if your gym has a sled – use it. It is an all around strength builder, from your calf muscles up to your shoulders. The prowler gets your heart rate right up there to your maximum and you can use it for your HIIT work or for a military style twenty minute balls to the wall workout!

Whatever you want to use it for – it’s going to hurt!
