How to Naturally Increase Testosterone Levels to Build More Muscle

One of the biggest ‘buzz’ words in bodybuilding and weight training is ‘testosterone’. Another important one is ‘growth hormone’. In the following video, you’re going to find out how you can naturally increase your testosterone levels and the amount of growth hormone your body make.

Most guys use synthetic, injectable methods to boos their testosterone (and their growth hormone) levels, but you don’t need to take dangerous drugs, what you need to be is smart!

I’m all about education. Learning and teaching techniques, new and old, to anyone (serious) who wants to learn. Heck, this is the best way that I discover new ideas, by teaching what I know. And I have to tell you, that what you are going to hear in the video is something that I’ve been preaching for many years!

(Review the book mentioned in the video.)

Video info:

Naturally Boosting Your Testosterone and Growth Hormone is Easier Than You Might Think

When you become a teenager, your testosterone and growth hormone levels start working and do a great job until you’re about thirty. From the age of thirty, levels have plateaued and start to decrease.

This is serious s**t if you are trying to build muscle!

Seriously. To build muscle, you need high levels of both of these elements in your system. The safest way is to do it naturally. There are some simple things you can do to do this.

Get more sleep.

While you are in REM sleep, you body’s growth hormone mechanism starts working and the more sleep you get, the more chance you have of keeping your GH levels high. You can also help this by fasting for around sixteen hours at a time. I do this every 4 to 5 days. And as I’m getting older, I am really seeing the benefit of this routine.

Carbohydrates, in my opinion, are not as essential as some bodybuilders would have you believe. Yes, you need some to start the muscle synthesis process after working out, but beyond that, the ordinary guy doesn’t need them too much. Only someone carrying a lean 220 pound frame needs to eat carbohydrates with ever meal. If you’re below about eight percent bodyfat, just eat your carbohydrates immediately after your workout.
