Building muscle is a science. I preach about this often, but it’s true.

You are the scientist and artist of your own body, because you are discovering new things about the way your body works every time you step into the gym. There are many phases to bodybuilding.

  1. Lifting weights
  2. Diet and nutrition
  3. Supplements
  4. Technique
  5. Cardio for fat loss
  6. Rest and recuperation
