Exercises for Abs at Home and a Bit of Cardio to Burn the Fat

Burning fat by doing cardio exercise, and abdominal exercises go hand in hand. To look great with your top off, you need a low body fat count plus your abs need to be really toned.

So in this video, you are going to see how to combine the two which you can easily do at home using NO equipment.


  1. Half burpees for cardio – 30 seconds
  2. Elbow to knee crunch – 30 seconds
  3. Mountain climbers for cardio – 30 seconds
  4. Jack knives for abs – 30 seconds

Do this for four rounds. If you have a smart phone, you can download an interval timer app and use that, or you can use an interval timer which you can buy anywhere.

This is a really great cardio/abs workout that you can do at your own pace because it is done in intervals.
