Abdominal Work Out Anyone Can Do in 6 Minutes

  • Reverse crunches – 20 reps
  • Toe touches – 20 reps
  • Plank – hold for 30 seconds

Repeat this for 4 rounds and you will really feel tight in your abs.

Video notes:

  • No matter if you do 4 rounds or 20 rounds of any type of abdominal exercises, if you carry too much fat around your waist – your abs will never show!
  • To get the best looking abs, you must lose the fat!
  • You can do this workout by itself, or following a fat burning or weight training workout.
  • You don’t need to train your abs more than 5 to 10 minutes each time.
  • Be careful not to stress your lower back – follow the instructions to see how to protect your core and spine.
