Foods NOT to Eat in Restaurants That You Think Are Low Fat

So you think soup is low in calories! Wrong. A bowl of soup might contain as much as 25o calories!

So it’s no surprise then, that if you eat a bowl of soup, some bread and a salad with dressing – you may be eating as much as 800 calories!

Notes to Remember When You Eat Out:

  • Always check the calorie count yourself.
  • Soup is generally not low fat.
  • Don’t eat bread if you want to lose weight.
