Notes:

  • Try to avoid eating as much as normal coming up to your Thanksgiving meal.
  • When you feel full – STOP eating.
  • Don’t get caught up in the social aspect of Thanksgiving and ‘munch’ while you have conversations with your family and friends.
  • Don’t take any left over food home with you.
