You may already be doing them already, but push presses are a really great muscle builder for your shoulders.
If you are doing military presses, then I would bet a couple of dollars that you are using a bit of momentum to get the weight up. This is ok, but a military press does not involve moving or jerking the rest of your body.

- Great for size because you can do more weight.
- Be careful not to strain your wrists, because this is an explosive movement.
- Important – Do not over flex your lower back, or you will hurt it.
- Bend your knees on the thrust part of the movement.
