  1. Stop eating bad fats like fried food, chips and pizza
  2. Eat good fats like coconut oil, nuts, olive oil and oily fish
  3. Don’t eliminate fat completely from your diet, it will have a negative effect on your fat loss and workouts
  4. Dieting lowers your metabolism, so you must be careful not adjust too quickly
  5. Cardio is good to do, but you must do it in a certain way.
  6. Once your metabolism is high, you don’t need to do as much cardio!
