  • Make sure your posture is correct.
  • Don’t use a weight that is too heavy. Build up to a heavier weight slowly, over time so you can ‘practice’ using proper form.
  • Concentrate on the muscle that the exercise is working, making sure that you keep your abs tight to protect your core and lower back
