Have Your Tried Doing M-100’s for Your Home Cardio Workout

M-100’s are a highly intense cardio vascular super-set exercise that is going to ‘smash’ the fat from your body! Forget running on a treadmill. Forget peddling on an exercise bike. Because this is tougher, better cardio and burns more calories per hour than of those exercises.

The ‘M’ stands for mandatory and involves squat thrusts, jumping squats and mountain climbers. Try them – I  dare you!
