How Do Skinny Guys Gain Muscle Mass?

One of the biggest challenges for skinny guys is how to gain a lot of lean muscle mass. I am no stranger to this problem!

At six foot three inches, I struggle for years of how to gain weight. But once I learned the secrets to gaining lean muscle mass, I went from being a skinny guy that nobody noticed, to a v-shaped lean monster that was proud to walk down the beach with my top off!

Notes:

  • Increase your calories to gain weight.
  • Forget lean meats like white fish, increase your red meat percentage.
  • If you’re doing other sports including lifting weights, increase your fuel (carbohydrates)
