This video demonstrates how to do push ups with a difference! Clock push ups look confusing but providing you have enough space, they are pretty easy to do – if you have the upper body strength!
In the second part of this routine you’ll learn how to do flying push ups, and the third part you’ll learn how to do platform push ups. The fourth part of this routine shows you an advanced push up – the 4 second push up, which is done very slowly.
If you have any strength left, move on to hopping push ups and then alligator crawls and alternative platform push ups!
