Great Home Workout for Upper Body and Abs :: Core, Lower Back and Shoulders

Using no equipment at all, Mike Shows you how to burn fat, strengthen your core (abs and lower back) and upper body in this short video.

Repeat this workout he shows you about 4 times and you’ll know how real fat burning is done!

Notes:

  1. Plank – strengthen your lower back and abdominal’s.
  2. Move into a press up position to strengthen your upper body.
  3. HIIT workout for 30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds.
