Reverse Crunch :: Easy and Effective Abs Exercise

This video will teach you an incredible abdominal exercise, which will not stress your lower back. In the past, this exercise was done with straight legs, but if you do it like Mike Shows you in the video – you will only stress your abs, which is going to tone and shape your mid section.

Notes:

  • Tones and strengthens every part of your abs. Lower and upper.
  • You can do a few sets of these in a few minutes and keep your abs tight.
  • This is just one of a range of exercises that you will learn in SPS, so that if you only got a spare ten or fifteen minutes, you can do at least some exercise instead of missing out.
