A Totally Bizarre Exercise for Abs and Core

This video will teach you how to do a really bizarre exercise which I’ve never seen before. I have used the Olympic bar for many other exercises, but not to do barbell swings!

But wow, I tried them the other day and I have to tell you that my abs were hit hard, along with my lower back and my obliques.
