The deadlift is one of the best exercises for building back muscle, but most guys don’t do them. This is for two reasons.
The first reason is because they are really hard to do, and the second and more likely reason guys don’t do them is because you don’t really get a muscle pump or burn by doing deadlifts. However, what you probably don’t know is that the deadlift is not only one of the best back exercises, but it is a really great exercise for burning fat because it works so many different muscle groups:
