- Jumping squats for hitting your legs and buttocks (I love these because they really get your heart pumping!)
- Side to side push ups – these are a bit hard if you don’t have the upper body strength
- Towel rows work deep into your back muscles. They may sound easy, but… Try them, and you’ll see!
- Half burpee’s are incredible cardio, and will tone your abs
