If you’ve read my article about doing too much cardio to effectively lose weight, they you are no stranger to workouts like the one you will see in the video below.

But if you are a stranger to this type of workout, because you’ve been running on a treadmill for the last six months without seeing any difference to your weight loss, then that article will tell you why you are not seeing results. It’s because you’re doing the wrong type of exercises, and you’ve been spending fat too long performing them.

Notes:

  1. Jumping squats for hitting your legs and buttocks (I love these because they really get your heart pumping!)
  2. Side to side push ups – these are a bit hard if you don’t have the upper body strength
  3. Towel rows work deep into your back muscles. They may sound easy, but… Try them, and you’ll see!
  4. Half burpee’s are incredible cardio, and will tone your abs
