Most people think that you have to spend hours and hours each week on a treadmill or a stationary bike to lose fat
But this simply isn’t the case. As I’ve said many times in articles on this site, you would benefit a great deal more from just doing fifteen minutes of exercises like Mike shows you in the video, rather than peddling away on a bike that goes nowhere!
I’m not ‘bad mouthing’ doing cardio that way, far from it. But understand, that kind of exercise is great for your heart but if you want to burn fat and ultimately lose weight, then this is a much better option.
