10 Minute HIIT Fat Burner Workout

This video from Mike Chang shows you that you don’t need any equipment to burn fat. In just 10 minutes, you can do HIIT exercises like side burpees, leg raises and 180 jumps and burn off tons of calories.

I love doing this kind of work. Why? Because sometimes I am short on time and I must fit my exercise program in each day, no matter what!
