Too Much Alcohol Equals NO Gym Time!

So, last night we decided to enjoy a nice bottle of cabernet, plus I had a beer before. Something we do not normally indulge in. Although we had a lovely evening, enjoyed each others company, the end result was that I could not train this morning!

Big Mistake.

Today should have been core muscles day – dead lifts, planking, hyper extensions and some ab work. All I ended up doing was 20 minutes of poxy cardio on an exercise bike. Very disappointing.

Lesson learned.
