Heart Work, HIIT and Stretching for the Week Ahead

No weights today. Just ten minute warm up on a stationary bike, then 30 minutes stretching as many muscle groups as possible.

Then of course, HIIT cardio for fat loss which is my preferred fat loss workout. You can forget the treadmills and other machines (although you can do HIIT on them too), just 20 minutes of high intensity V’s low intensity exercises.

  1. Kettlebell swing
  2. Kettlebell clean and jerk
  3. Kettlebell twists
  4. Skipping
  5. Mountain climbers
  6. Burpees

I did as many rounds as I could, split between 40 seconds high intensity V’s 20 low intensity using 5 exercises.

Bye bye fat..!
